反转录PCR（Reverse transcriptase PCR,RT-PCR）是一种从RNA扩增cDNA拷贝的方法。RT-PCR对于获得与克隆mRNA的5’、3’末端序列和从非常少量的mRNA样品构建大容量的cDNA文库方面都是极为灵敏与通用的方法。此外，RT-PCR还易于鉴定已转录序列是否发生突变及呈现多态性，还可用于测定基因表达的强度。我公司采用二步RT-PCR法，可满足客户不同的实验要求。
实时荧光定量PCR技术(real time fluorescent quantitative PCR,qPCR)于1996年由美国Applied Biosystems公司推出,它是一种在PCR反应体系中加入荧光基团,利用荧光信号积累实时监测整个PCR进程,最后通过标准曲线对未知模板进行定量分析的方法。它具有特异性更强、有效解决PCR污染问题、自动化程度高等特点，目前已得到广泛应用。如药物处理前后细胞mRNA表达量变化、不同组织mRNA表达量差异、基因芯片结果验证、RNAi效果确认、病毒、病原菌等致病微生物拷贝数定量及各种生物制品食品安全鉴定。
